(“xcube.co”), a company incorporated in the Kingdom of Bahrain under commercial registration no. 181289-1, with its registered office at 3rd floor, Arcapita Building, Bahrain Bay, BH 346, Bahrain, for Defy Institute (“Defy Institute”, “we”, “us”).

By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

01What this website is for

This website presents Defy Institute, its research, its Inclusion UX Lab, its social venturing and programmes, and its publications. It is general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, tax or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

02No offer to invest

Nothing on this website is an offer or a solicitation to invest.

We serve impact investors directly, as a service provider. Any investment is made by the investor itself. We do not raise, hold or manage funds.

03Our programmes and social businesses

Social businesses launched through our programmes are separate entities. Their services are provided by each of them, under its own terms and, where required, its own licence.

References to international agencies, foundations, charities, governments or regulators do not mean that they endorse Defy Institute.

04Our content and publications

The text, images, logos, white papers and other materials on this website belong to us or to those who licensed them to us.

You may read, download and print our publications for your own use, and quote short extracts with a clear reference to the source. Do not reproduce, republish, distribute or sell our publications, or use them in a commercial product, without our written permission. The name Defy Institute, our logos and the Defiant for Good® mark may not be used without our written permission.
